Position Overview

You will join the Revenue Operations team, part of the Product & Ops department, which also includes Product Management, Product Design, Enablement, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact hybrid role at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, ideal for someone who excels at turning complex data into clear, strategic insights.

Your mission is to own and scale Stoïk’s data analytics infrastructure, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) teams - Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, and Customer Success - operate based on a single source of truth.

You’ll be the main owner of Metabase, from administration to semantic modeling, and a key partner to both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. BI Platform Ownership: Own and administer Metabase, including performance optimization, user management, and ensuring the platform is intuitive, performant, and widely adopted for self-service analytics.

  2. Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, maintain, and continuously improve key operational dashboards for GTM teams, ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and trusted by all teams. Standardize metrics and definitions across the organization (eg. GWP, ARR, conversion rates, retention rates, loss ratio, pipeline coverage, LTV, etc.).

  3. Data Modeling & Transformation: Collaborate closely with Data engineers to define and build core data transformations and views in our database. Own the final analytic layer, designing and maintaining robust, business-ready models in Metabase.

  4. Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership: Partner with main stakeholders to translate complex business questions into technical specifications and data-driven insights. Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches or market expansions, building the necessary datasets, and tracking early performance. Deliver deep-dive analyses that guide GTM strategy, performance reviews, and process improvements.

  5. Automation & Enrichment: Build automation and enrichment workflows using Python, LLMs, and no-code tools (Make, Clay, n8n). Drive operational efficiency and scalability through smart data processes.

  2. Cross-Functional Impact: You’ll work daily with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing. You’ll be the person they turn to when launching a new product, entering a new market, or pressure-testing a GTM hypothesis, helping them measure and understand results.

  3. Room to Build & Grow: You’re joining at a moment where many processes and metrics are still being defined. You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, introduce new ways of measuring the business, automate manual workflows, and gradually expand your scope as the company scales.


Preferred experience

  • Must-Haves:

    • Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, CTEs, window functions, optimization).

    • Hands-on experience owning a BI platform (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent), including semantic model configuration.

    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business challenges into data solutions.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Working experience in English.

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Proficiency in Python for data automation, API integrations, or analytics.

    • Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Data roles within a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with LLMs, HubSpot, Clay, Make, n8n.

    • Working experience in French, German, Spanish, or Dutch.
