Job description

Stilla is hiring a Talent Acquisition specialist, whose main missions will be to scale-up the company’s headcounts, hire and on-board the best talents at Stilla.

Missions for the Talent acquisition Specialist
The Talent acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the hiring & on-boarding process at Stilla. He/She coordinates with every manager of each team at Stilla to help them hire, on-board & evaluate new employees. He/She will also be responsible to implement processes & tools to scale both hiring & on-boarding process at Stilla, in a effort to rapidly scale-up the company’s talents.

Detect & Attract the best talents for Stilla

  • Implement tactics to find the best profiles
  • Put in place HR events & “salons grandes écoles »
  • Help to improve the visibility of the Stilla employer’s brand

Hire the best talents

  • Execute & follow the hiring process from sourcing to first interview to support the organization growth
  • Help managers to hire the best profiles:

        o   Post job offers on relevant job boards
        o   Select CVs
        o   Perform phone calls
        o   Organize overall logistic for interviews

Improve and follow the on-boarding of new employees

  • Improve the on-boarding process
  • Organize and participate to weekly on-boarding
  • Help managers to organize training sessions
  • Prepare documentation to be able to access candidate performance quickly
  • Help to organize team building events

Preferred experience

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 2-year experience in hiring
  • Like to perform headhunting & find the best talents for various positions (Sales, R&D, finances etc…)
  • Is capable of branding and selling the company to candidates
  • Has experience in hiring & eventually on-boarding
  • Is curious about finding new strategies to attract, hire & retain the best profiles
  • Experience in Medical Services / Lifescience
  • Must speak French and English fluently
