Organization and methodologies
he teams are organized according to the AGILE spirit. The development team uses the SCRUM methodology with the help of its Product Owner and its Scrum Master (both certified).
We have the opportunity to practice all the principles proposed by the method, which allows us to keep a fast and constant evolution of the development process, by the team and for the team, by bringing for example periods of peer-coding during the integration of new members in the team, and this, in order to have a fast and effective knowledge transfer.
The operational team uses the KANBAN methodology to deal with unpredictable projects.
