🎯 Your role
The Account Executive Spain at Steeple is responsible for business development in the Spanish market, from prospecting to closing sales. He identifies prospects’ needs, presents the solution and adapts his approach to the local context. This position combines commercial skills, fluency in Spanish and knowledge of the Iberian economic fabric.
💪 Your missions
- Lead the development of Steeple's offering for the Spanish and LATAM market.
- Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners.
- Generate ARR by acquiring new customers.
- Generating ARR from our customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Implement a prospecting strategy, targeting the key people in the target companies (HR managers, communications managers, CEO's, CIO's).
- Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility.
- Be the main contact for the Sales management team.
- You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in Spanish and fluent in English, French is mandatory
- You are an expert in sales techniques
- You already have knowledge of the Spanish and LATAM market and a network of contacts
- You've already worked in a B2B environment, ideally in a digital department linked to human resources, communications or business services.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive.
- You have excellent communication skills.
