Staycation was born from this realization, with one goal: to make hotels the new go-to city spots, just like the classic trio of cinema, exhibitions, and restaurants.

Today, Staycation means:

  • 3.5 million users (with an average age of 30)

  • 2,000+ partner hotels (4-5 stars and luxury destinations)

  • Experiences rated an average of 9.3/10 by our users

✨ The Role

Staycation is accelerating its international expansion with the goal of reaching 250+ active hotel partners across key European cities by the end of 2025 (London, Benelux, Barcelona, Berlin, Milan, Lisbon).

After successfully building a team of 10 Account Managers to support over 2,000 hotel partners in France, we're now looking for our first International Area Manager to kick off and grow our hotel partnerships in Europe.

You'll report directly to our Account Manager Lead and work closely with one of our co-founders to shape Staycation’s presence abroad.

📍 Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a portfolio of partner hotels across European markets, boosting performance through strategic guidance and commercial negotiations

  • Act as the voice of Staycation in the field, ensuring hotel partners are aligned with our standards and co-building high-value experiences for our users.

  • Share on-the-ground insights to help shape local strategy and iterate on our playbooks.

This position is based in Paris, 20th district with a hybrid work setup.

🎯 You’re the Ideal Fit If You Have:

Must-Haves

  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or marketplace environment.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a management position

  • Fluency in French and English (a third European language is a strong plus).

  • Strong commercial instincts: you’re a great listener and a natural at convincing.

  • A relationship-builder mindset: you earn trust quickly and act as a true ambassador.

  • Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset: you stay committed through challenges.

  • Strong execution skills: you structure, document, and stay on top of your pipeline.

  • A hands-on attitude: you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Hubspot or Salesforce)
