✨ The Role

As part of our Quality Team, and in close collaboration with our Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for crafting, curating, and integrating all Staycation experiences on our App.

Your mission: deliver high-quality content at scale for a fast-growing catalog that inspires our users every day.

📍 Key Responsibilities

Your role is structured around three core pillars:

Editorialization, Continuous Improvement, and Cross-Team Collaboration.

Editorialization

  • Write compelling descriptions that highlight each Staycation experience

  • Select impactful visuals aligned with our editorial guidelines

  • Integrate all experiences into our back-office with precision, ensuring consistency and high-quality rendering

2. Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and scalability

  • Refine and update editorial and quality guidelines

  • Maintain a high level of rigor and detail across all content and processes

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales team to enrich information provided by hotel partners

  • Coordinate occasional temporary support to apply updates across the entire catalog

  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between teams to streamline operations

🎯 You’re the Ideal Fit If You Have:

Must-Haves

  • 2–3 years of experience in similar roles (editorial, content integration, quality, merchandising, brand content or related)

  • Impeccable spelling, grammar, and writing skills in French and English

  • Strong marketing instinct and a truly user-centric mindset

  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of execution

  • Highly organized, structured, and rigorous

  • Empathy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit

  • A naturally positive and enthusiastic personality

  • Fluent English and French

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with digital products or content management tools

  • Background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands

  • Prior experience in fast-moving startup environments
