✨ The role

Staycation is looking for a Brand Lead with 10+ years of experience to support its rapid growth across France and Europe.

Working closely with one of the co-founders, your mission will be to turn our strategic brand roadmap into flawless execution across all markets and touchpoints - from social media to influence, PR-driven hotel experiences and partnerships - with ownership of all brand assets.

This is a high-impact role at the core of our company, focused on structuring execution and elevating the quality of everything we deliver.

📍 Key responsibilities

  • Orchestration : own planning, execution and performance tracking of the brand roadmap (processes, budgets, KPIs).

  • Production : ensure the highest level of quality and consistency across all deliverables, from creative briefs to final assets, fully aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Organization : structure and lead internal teams and external partners to deliver at scale and at speed.

🌍 Location

This position is based in Paris, 20th district, with a hybrid work setup (up to 2 days remote per week).

🎯 You’re the ideal fit if you have

  • ~10 years of experience, including a similar role (Brand Manager, Lead Brand, Head of Brand) in relevant environments (DNVB, lifestyle hospitality, or luxury brands with integrated teams).

  • End-to-end ownership of a brand roadmap, with hands-on delivery of 360° assets (digital included): editorial, social media, PR, influence, CRM, events, TV.

  • Strong operational excellence, ability to manage planning, deadlines and budgets, with clear KPI-driven performance tracking.

  • Experience scaling and leading teams, with the ability to build processes from scratch and structure execution as the company grows.

  • Proven experience as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, validating (and rewriting when needed) all assets.

  • Strong cultural and creative references, across social media, influence, brands and external ressources.

  • Native French, fluent English.
