Bloomflow is seeking a Fullstack Lead Developer to support the growth of its technical team.

In our technical team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our users, customers, and even colleagues ! Being an engineer at Bloomflow means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions with other teams.

As a fullstack developer your core focus will be to architect with your team lead and develop with your squad new functionalities of our B2B Saas platform.

This position is at our Paris office.

Main roles & responsibilities:

• Help us build new product features : research, tech design, development, documentation, maintenance, and polish

• Stay sync with the others Dev Squads on the global architecture of the platform. One codebase, many problems…

• Own the code quality of your squad. You will be accountable for the performances and sustainability of your squad’s features

• Help and mentor the other devs of your squad

• Conduct technological watch on our industry trend and bring your expertise on web development to the all Tech Team

• Work closely with other teams (including Customer Success, Sales and Product) to deliver the best platform available

This is a new role at Bloomflow. We need your experience to help us shape it !

Our stack:

• NodeJS on the backend (Loopback), along with ElasticSearch, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Angular 2+ frontend

• OpenAI API, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, vector databases, various models (GPT4o, Mistral Large, Claude etc…) for our AI stack

• AirFlow, DBT, RDS for our data stack

• Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI among others for deployment

• Hosted on AWS, Azure, and OVH.

Preferred Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in web development

• Strong experience on B2B and / or B2C Saas platforms

• Good NodeJS and Angular knowledge

• Strong code quality knowledge

• Strong experience on tech design

• Excellent collaboration skills

• Fluent in French and in English
