    Job description

    You will bring our innovative solution to the German market.

    The software solution that we are providing is transformative, innovative and very strategic for large organisations, so you will be in touch with a wide range of interesting people: innovation leaders, C-Levels, operational teams etc. and you will be exposed to the latest innovation and transformation challenges of each of these companies.

    Main roles and responsibilities:

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the German market
    • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound campaigns to target high-potential clients
    • Manage the entire sales cycle to close deals: discovery and qualification, presentation and demos, pricing proposals and negotiations, legal process to sign new revenue.
    • Gather business inputs on the German market to fuel our Product Team with useful insights
    • Give direction to our marketing & communication team and participate to the creation of sales materials
    • Work with our Partnership team to help map, target and develop strong local relationships
    • Attend industry events.
    • Participate in scaling the German Sales team

    Preferred experience

    • German native speaker
    • Great written and verbal communication skills in English
    • 4+ years enterprise software sales experience, selling high-level corporate solutions at the executive level or innovation consulting experience
    • Previous experience selling enterprise solutions to companies headquartered in Germany
    • Successful in delivering impactful high level presentations and software demonstrations
    • Expert in closing complex or long sales cycles
    • Comfortable hunting new clients and building a pipeline from scratch
    • Ambitious and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial problem-solver mindset
    • Experience in the Innovation sector would be appreciated
