The position

Job description

What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll work at the core of our project teams. Together with a senior consultant, you’ll help drive the delivery of consulting (corporate & startup) and accelerator projects for corporate and institutional clients. You will lead analytical work, develop deliverables, and coordinate analysts, while supporting the senior team in client-facing activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading analytical work: conducting in-depth market research, company identification, technology scouting, and expert interviews for both consulting and accelerator projects

  • Supporting consulting workstreams: contributing to strategy definition for corporate clients, including market entry and go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape assessments, and business model development

  • Supporting startup growth activities: contributing to product–market fit assessments, business development strategy, and fundraising preparation for startups

  • Collaborating with project teams: working closely with colleagues at all levels and across multiple European offices to ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs

  • Engaging with industry stakeholders: interacting with startups, industry experts, investors, and corporate partners to gather insights that feed into analyses and strategic recommendations

  • Developing client deliverables: preparing structured presentations and reports for client meetings, including sessions with executive leadership

  • Coordinating activities and logistics: supporting the preparation and execution of client-facing events (e.g., workshops, Demo Days, and matchmaking sessions) and ensuring smooth internal communication and alignment across international offices


Preferred experience

  • Graduated from a well-ranked engineering or business school

  • Previous experience in startup environments, consulting, venture capital, or accelerator programs

  • Strong personal interest and knowledge in aerospace innovation

  • Excellent language, social, and communication skills in German & English

  • Ability to work independently and proven attention to detail

  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, resourcefulness & motivation to work in a small and innovative team

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and open to an intercultural work environment

  • Know how to use the latest business & productivity tools, as well as PowerPoint & Excel
