To support its ambitious development, Square Sense is looking to recruit a real estate analyst with a first experience in real estate (investment, project management, consulting). The role is to support the project teams to deliver outstanding products and strategic recommendations to our real estate partners.

Square Sense deploys a measure – learn – build process to analyse building data, improve decision making process and deploy high value initiatives on real estate portfolios.

The candidate is expected to have developed strong project management skills to manage multiple projects to serve our clients across Europe with institutional investors, investment funds and REITs. It is also the opportunity to work closely with Square Sense’s real estate team on multiple exciting developments.

Objectives

Real estate analyst duties

• Identify opportunities in our clients’ real estate portfolios
• Map and formalize clients’ strategy and tenants’ needs
• Deliver project and reports within a short time frame
• Analyse building data to improve decision process and value creation
• Prepare presentations and pitches
• Curiosity for innovative products to integrate in Square Sense platform to increase the asset performance
• Contribute to real estate data asset management methodology set up
• Contribute to product development
• Support business development actions

• A Master degree, engineering school or business school
• A first real estate experience/internship as an analyst or project manager
• Asset classes knowledge preferred : office or managed residential
• Digital or smart building experience is a plus
• Curiosity for technology and innovation
• Good command of MS office, knowledge of a BI tool is a plus
• Fluent in French and English. Any other European language a plus
