We are looking for a new international Customer Success Manager capable of helping our prospects, and more importantly our clients, in their daily usage of our advanced SaaS platform GaTa by SportsDynamics.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to create sincere, positive and long-lasting relationships with our international partners to truly understand their needs and challenges.
The Customer Success Manager’s remit includes the support of prospects in their process of testing our GaTa platform, the onboarding of our newly acquired clients and the season-long support provided to our existing partners.
You will therefore work in close collaboration with our external partners to answer their questions and needs, as well as ensure their suggestions and brilliant new ideas get collected and implemented internally by our Product and Tech teams.
You will have a key role internally as well by providing continuous feedback to your colleagues.
Native or fluent in English, fluent in French.
Masters Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Previous experience as Customer Success Manager.

Organisation skills.
Advanced football tactical knowledge.
