The company is looking for its new Traffic Manager. This is a new position within the company.
The Traffic Manager will report directly to the CMO and will teamwork with the whole marketing team. As a web technician, he/she will contribute to the creation of a traffic acquisition strategy and optimize all the levers (SEO, SEA, SMO…) to increase the visibility of the website (in several languages), generate maximum traffic and conversion.
• Increase the visibility of the website on search engines (SEO)
• Manage search engine advertising through paid search (SEA-SMO)
• Advise the marketing team on the content to produce to optimize the acquisition strategy
• Manage and negotiate the purchase of advertising ads on the Internet (web, social networks…) and develop partnerships (affiliation)
• Creation of specific optimization devices on the web to generate qualified traffic.
• Definition of the KPIs to follow and expected ROI on the different channels in order to measure the performance of the actions implemented.
• Analysis of performance indicators (lead gen, conversion…) and implementation of innovative solutions for a constant improvement of campaign performance.
• Monitoring and steering of paid and unpaid acquisition levers (SEO, SEA, emailing, affiliation, display, social ads, brand content, etc.) with a view to the return on investment of the various campaigns.
• Monitoring the indexing of the site’s pages on search engines (tagging, analysis, etc.)
• Use of automated Web Analytics reporting tools.
• Creation of monitoring reports and activity dashboards to assist in decision-making.
• Continuous technological and strategic monitoring of Internet developments, referencing algorithms, Internet user behavior, and competitors (differentiation opportunities, etc.).
You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
You have a master’s degree
You have a strong Interest in Software Marketing technology
You are web technician with full marketing skills
Excellent knowledge of the Internet and mastery of web developments
Excellent marketing and web culture (SEM) -Good knowledge of web languages for SEO (HTML, javascript, SQL…)
Mastery of wordpress, Hubspot, SEMRush and tracking & Web Analytics tools
Appetence for international business
English is mandatory
