Job description

Main Responsibilities

HR Strategy

  • Define and lead the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.

  • Act as a driving force on topics related to organization, company culture, and employee engagement.

  • Manage the HR budget and optimize resources.

  • Define, monitor, and report key HR indicators to drive HR performance and support decision-making.

Talent Development

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, career management, and skills development.

  • Implement policies for performance evaluation, training, and internal mobility.

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies.

Organization, Transformation & Business Partnership

  • Structure and optimize the HR team organization and support managers in transforming their teams.

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, employer branding, quality of work life, diversity & inclusion, etc.).

  • Act as a true business partner to department heads to address their business challenges and support team performance.

  • Ensure the daily operational management of HR topics, guaranteeing process reliability and compliance with deadlines.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory obligations.

  • Manage relationships with employee representatives and lead social dialogue bodies.

HR Team Management

  • Lead, support, and develop the HR team’s skills and capabilities.

Preferred experience

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally in a growing or transforming environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills (ability to process and interpret data, structure recommendations).

  • Strong business orientation and ability to understand operational challenges across departments.

  • Proficiency in HR tools and processes.

  • Solid knowledge of French labor law.

  • Fluent English required
