As an Engineering Manager, your main focus is make grow people while delivering the best features for our users. To do this, you’ll mentor the team to deliver high-quality work, make the right trade-off to send the right product to the market at the right time and collaborate with the other teams to ensure good alignment from a product and a technical perspective.
The position fits in the Activate product line which goal is to orchestrate and handle the delivery of communications to our client’s clients.
The new engineering manager will be at the head of the Messaging Channels team who is in charge of the creation of one/several API endpoints to deliver communications through email/sms and other channels.
This team is currently focused on the delivery of a high availability API able to scale to handle several billions of emails and sms.
