🎯 Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You’ll be joining Splio’s Ops team, reporting directly to the company’s leadership. The team’s mission is to deliver key decision-making insights and drive operational efficiency and performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the automation, intelligence, and reliability of our data stack.

Your goal: Understand the company’s strategic challenges and unlock the power of data—quickly and sustainably—through automation and AI. Your work will support strategic decision-making and drive operational improvements across departments.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Data Reliability

  • Understand and model robust data flows

  • Maintain, secure, and improve the existing connector stack

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of our data foundation

  • Diagnose and fix errors in our information system’s data flows

Analytics & Automation

  • Build dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor Splio’s key KPIs

  • Automate internal processes to boost productivity across Revenue, Finance, Client, and Product teams

AI & Innovation

  • Integrate AI components into internal workflows

  • Proactively suggest innovative AI use cases across the company


Preferred experience

  • Final-year student from a top engineering school (end-of-studies internship) mandatory

  • Strong data background: SQL, Python, APIs, data architecture

  • Comfortable with no-code tools (Make, Retool…)

  • Curious, rigorous, autonomous—and above all, smart

  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

  • Fluent in English


Recruitment process

  1. HR Screening – 30 minutes
    A first conversation with Gwendoline, HR Manager, to get to know you, understand your motivations, and answer any initial questions you may have.

  2. Technical Interview – 1h30 (on-site)
    A meeting with your future manager, including:

    • 1 hour of discussion to dive into your experience, your approach to problem-solving, and your fit with the Manager

    • 30-minute live technical test (or to be completed shortly after the meeting)
