Job description

We’re building our R&D team in France and are looking for a talented Web+Mobile UX/Product Owner to help us shape the user experience and feature development of our platform.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in transforming customer and field feedback into actionable, clearly specified features for our web and mobile teams. Reporting directly to the CTO, your background in UX design will help us deliver a consistent, intuitive, and impactful user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand Needs: Engage with field teams and customers to collect feedback and translate it into clear product needs.

  • UX Vision: Define and evolve the user experience of our platform, across web and mobile.

  • Feature Specification: Write structured user stories and feature descriptions for the development team.

  • Design: Create wireframes and mockups (Figma or equivalent) to accompany feature requests.

  • Implementation Support: Work closely with developers to ensure quality execution of features and provide clarifications during sprints.

  • Agile Rituals: Help animate standups, sprint reviews, and feature demos.

  • Demonstration & Feedback: Become an expert at demoing the platform and capturing user feedback.

Preferred experience

We are looking for an engineer who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong sense of usability and user-centric design.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in UX design and wireframing (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) for web and mobile

  • Experience writing functional specs or user stories for dev teams (Jira / Confluence)

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to simplify complex technical features into intuitive UX

  • French/English bilingual

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in product ownership or feature leadership

  • Experience in Front-End web development (Javascript / React / CSS…)

  • Exposure to sustainability, IoT, or B2B SaaS platforms

Recruitment process

The selection process includes an initial screening, followed by a general interview with our CTO (conducted in French). Shortlisted candidates will then proceed to a technical interview with members of the R&D team.
