You will be the first application engineer at Sonio - your role will be to support all our clients in Europe but also act as an internal expert on our product. The majority of our clients are based in France, Germany and the UK. The main missions are: 

• Support all our clients in the demo, installation and usage of Sonio’s products

• Perform technical actions for our clients: setting up users/accounts/permissions; configuring report templates/protocols; configuring the Ultrasound machine; install the edge software on a server (local, private/public cloud); perform end-to-end tests and audits

• Work with the Head of Operations and Product team to improve our products and processes & create onboarding materials and tutorials 

• Attend events and conferences to demo our products

• Act as an internal and external expert on our products

• You have experience as an application engineer or a similar technical role ideally in the healthcare industry 

• You have strong technical knowledge and are able to support clients with IT issues; ideally you’re able to push some code in Github 

• You are perfectly fluent in French and English, any other European language is a plus

Localisation: Paris with regular travels
Salary: Depending on experience, the package is likely to be between 45k€ and 55k€.
