• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier upgradation initiatives to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain process quality by defining comprehensive work instructions for both assembly and moulding processes.
• Analyse quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor and improve Parts Per Million (PPM) defect levels to enhance product quality.
• Qualify new parts and vendors for upcoming projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and process enhancement through the introduction and implementation of Kaizen and process excellence initiatives.
• Utilise quality control (QC) tools to reduce defects and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by thoroughly analysing customer complaints and taking prompt corrective actions.
• Investigate defective products received from customers, and implement effective solutions within factory stock and processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and track improvements in PPM levels to ensure sustained quality performance.
