Join a rapidly evolving organization dedicated to developing the Data Center market. Under the management of the Head of Group Data Center Segment, you will structure governance and KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, cross-functional programs, and internal transformation.
Your mission: to ensure the consistency of initiatives and maximize the performance of the market segment.
Responsibilities
- Structure and lead governance for the Data Center market segment: define processes, set up dashboards, and lead the community of contributors.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (offers, regions, support functions) and monitor action plans and transformation projects.
- Establish and monitor segment performance indicators (KPIs), drive commercial performance and transformation.
- Prepare and lead governance meetings (committees, reviews, workshops), produce minutes, and define next steps.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, facilitate decision-making and adaptation to local issues.
- Support change management: communication, training, adoption of new processes, and consistency with the group's strategy.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or business school, with a strong interest in technical issues.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management and change management, or in an audit/consulting firm.
- Proficiency in project management processes and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
