The position

Job description

Within the HR Services Expert Department, you will join a dynamic team of five payroll managers. Under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for producing and checking payrolls and managing social security contributions for a defined scope, in compliance with legal obligations and deadlines.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Collect and process variable payroll elements, check pay slips.
  • Monitor and configure time management, analyze anomalies.
  • Support HR teams, managers, and employees with payroll and personnel administration issues.
  • Draft routine administrative documents (certificates, attestations, etc.).
  • Participate in projects related to payroll process development.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of higher education in human resources and/or payroll.
  • 1stexperience as a payroll manager
  • Proficiency in legal and regulatory provisions relating to payroll, social security contributions, and labor law.
  • Good command of office software (Excel, Word).
  • B1 level in English.
