The Management Control department supports commercial and financial performance in the EMEA region within a dynamic international organization. Under the management of the Group Management Control Director, you will manage financial processes and act as a business partner to the sales teams, while coordinating the network of financial controllers in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to the Sales Director for Europe and the regions: analyze performance (sales, EBIT, OCF), challenge action plans, and guide decisions.
- Oversee financial processes: budget construction, forecasts, sales analysis, statutory reporting, and performance.
- Transform the management control organization: strengthen analytical skills, support subsidiaries, and rethink operational models.
- Supervise one or two employees and act as a business reference for around twenty financial controllers in Europe: functional coordination, harmonization of practices, maturity development.
- Contribute to structural projects: creation/expansion of subsidiaries, business plans, financial structuring, and support for regions in their challenges.
- Support teams on ERP issues, prepare and present analyses at sales meetings.
Qualifications:
Must have
- Master's degree in finance or management control.
- At least 15 years of experience in management control within structured, international, and industrial groups.
- Proven experience in organizational transformation, performance, and cross-border management.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budget management, forecasting, and commercial/statutory management control.
- Professional English (C1/C2).
