RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify sales opportunities in service business
- Primary focus on the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for:
- Socomec’s existing installed base of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) which do not currently have a preventative maintenance contract
- Identification and sales of preventative maintenance contracts for competitor’s UPS including multi-vendor and end user sites
- Other preventative maintenance contract or maintenance sales opportunities as directed by the management
Promote Socomec’s after-sales services offer
- Spare parts sales opportunities both for Socomec and competitor’s products
- Collaboration with channel sales partners and service partners in service sales activities
- Other service sales opportunities as directed by the management
Ensure the profitability of operations with a focus on the consolidated variable margin of the after sales service business
- Ensuring budget margin levels are met across each service category (contract, repairs, parts and battery replacements)
Business Development
- Maintain existing customer base and ensure customers’ expectations are being met
- Generate new business and partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within Electrical and/or Service related sales
- Having contacts within electrical/critical power industry preferred
- Familiar and ability to negotiate on service contract terms & condition
- Salesforce experience
