Job description

        YOUR MISSIONS / KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Implement the National Sales Action Plan

 

Execute the company’s strategy for Expert Services, ensuring alignment with national objectives and targets.

 

 

Monitor progress and adapt actions to maximize sales growth.

 

  • Negotiate and Build Sales Proposals

 

Lead negotiations with customers, tailoring proposals to meet their technical and commercial requirements.

 

 

Prepare and present compelling offers that highlight the value of Socomec’s solutions.

 

  • Qualify Customer Needs and Defend Technical Solutions

 

Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their operational challenges and requirements.

 

 

Develop and defend technical solutions, demonstrating their advantages and suitability for mission-critical applications.

 

  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships

 

Foster long-term partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders.

 

 

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

 

  • Create and Develop a Relevant Network of Contacts

 

Identify and connect with decision-makers, influencers, and potential partners within the industry.

 

 

Leverage this network to generate new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.

 

  • Manage and Optimize the Installed Base

 

Review and analyze the existing customer base to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

 

 

Organize site visits to current clients to strengthen relationships and uncover additional needs.

 

  • Prospect and Visit New Customers

 

Actively seek out and engage with new clients to expand Socomec’s market presence.

 

 

Conduct on-site visits to introduce the company’s offerings and establish initial contact.

 

 

 

         YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronical Engineering,
  • 2+ years experience in UPS market,
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or Service 
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to travel in Turkey and abroad
