Reporting to the Industrial Methods Department, you will lead the deployment of harmonized digital tools (CMMS, MES, PLM, connected solutions…) in collaboration with Methods, Production, Maintenance, and IT teams. Your mission: align shop‑floor needs with the Group’s industrial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key industrial digitalization projects: scoping, planning, and performance monitoring.
• Deploy and govern the Group’s CMMS: coordination with sites, IT department, and integrators; animation of the maintenance community and definition of standards.
• Contribute to the deployment of functional modules according to industrial needs.
• Manage Bills of Equipment (BoE) and ensure their integration into industrial processes.
• Ensure interoperability of digital tools (CMMS, MES, PLM, control systems): mapping and overall consistency.
• Standardize processes and technologies to ensure performance, quality, and scalability.
• Act as a transversal interface between Methods – Production – IT – Sites and support change management.

Qualifications:

• Bac + 5 degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or maintenance.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience.
• Proficiency with a CMMS tool (ideally COSWIN).
• Knowledge of MES systems.
• Knowledge of PLM and Bill of Equipment (BoE) management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Occasional international travel.
