Reporting to the Group Channel Director, you will join the Channel Management division, working directly with countries, marketing, and IT. Under the management of the Group Channel Director, you will deploy the Digital Channel Program, structure the target model, and support local teams in the digital transformation of customer journeys. Your role: industrialize digital solutions and drive B2B digital evolution.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Group's channel digitization strategy: field analysis, benchmarking of B2B practices, recommendations and proposed solutions, POC management.
- Roll out the strategy in different target countries: local coordination, prioritization, understanding dependencies, estimating ROI, and proposing pragmatic action plans.
- Identify gaps (skills, tools, resources) and enrich the program with operational recommendations: training, support, etc.
- Operationally deploy the Digital Channel Program: analysis of possible developments, training, support for sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
- Test, industrialize, and standardize digital solutions: tools (PIM/DAM, CRM, e-order, selectors), customer journeys, and local best practices.
- Set up and monitor program KPIs: visibility, management, ROI measurement, regular reporting.
- Steer the transformation: monitor action plans, manage change, coordinate across the group, proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Contribute to scaling up and internal communication on the program's progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B digital sales development or customer experience digitalization in an international environment.
- Proficiency in omnichannel digital journeys and understanding of B2B distribution networks.
- English (B2/C1).
