You will develop and drive the growth strategy for the PSM (Power Switching & Monitoring) offering in new markets within the EMEA region, in coordination with the management of local subsidiaries. You will define the commercial and marketing development priorities, while supporting local teams in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in order to optimize revenue and margin generation.
Responsibilities
· Develop the strategic evolution of the offering, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall direction of the Business Line and the major challenges of the market.
· Promote and raise the profile of innovative offerings among sales networks and strategic accounts in order to strengthen the company's position in high-potential segments.
· Work closely with head office and local marketing teams to anticipate market trends and identify growth drivers and development opportunities upstream.
· Oversee the rollout of the annual action plan by coordinating synergy between the sales force and marketing, ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of the initiatives deployed.
· Drive the upskilling of sales teams, supporting them in exploring and conquering new markets or strategic segments.
· Define pricing policy and oversee the management of large-scale technical projects, ensuring optimal alignment with the needs and requirements of key customers.
Qualifications
· Degree in electrical or electrical engineering, supplemented by training or experience in sales or technical marketing in the low-voltage electrical distribution market
· Eight years of B2B experience in an international environment
· Fluency in English (level B2/C1)
· Good understanding of complex technical solutions and customer access channels
