Within the Group Strategic Development department, you will join the Applied Research department, which focuses on electrical equipment. Under the management of the Strategic Development Manager, you will drive technological innovation to support our projects and ensure their success.
Responsibilities
- Define an ambitious vision and develop the research plan roadmap.
- Implement the plan to design new innovative technological building blocks.
- Create and manage academic and industrial partnerships to strengthen innovation.
- Organize research work and validate approaches with teams and partners.
- Lead or participate in the design, implementation, and validation of concepts and POCs.
- Ensure the transfer of innovations to Business Lines/Units and guarantee documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in electrical energy, control systems, or electronic measurement systems.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in applied research with a managerial dimension.
- Technical skills in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, embedded software, and signal processing.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum B2).
