Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the Project Manager, interfacing with other involved disciplines. You will be responsible for the development of new high-power converters (>200kW) and related industrial products, specifically for the power electronics component. You will ensure the quality of the design of electronic architectures and boards, as well as adherence to development costs and timelines.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring compliance with the development process and technical procedures.
• Providing functional management of the technical resources allocated to the project.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and the robustness of technical decisions, in particular:
  • Selection of converter topologies
  • Selection of associated components
  • Design of the functional aspects of UPS systems
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards related to equipment safety, performance, and EMC.
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes.
• Leading forward-looking projects, including the introduction of new technologies.
• Monitoring products during their serial production lifecycle.
• Contributing to knowledge capitalization and technological watch within your field.

Qualifications :

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Energy / Electrotechnics.
• At least 8 years of experience in a design office working on electrotechnical design.
• Solid understanding of converter topologies, EMC, and thermal management.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level), given the international scope of our R&D activities.
