Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will serve as a key user of the main electrical sizing and design tools used in the development of new power converters and industrial products. You will interact with international development teams (mechanical, power electronics, firmware, laboratory), as well as with other departments including project management, purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and suppliers.

Responsibilities :

• Create electrical schematics and wiring lists on EPLAN and EPLAN Harness for design or product lifecycle management projects.
• Act as an expert in the use of electrical design tools, managing wiring definitions and tool configurations.
• Ensure that the libraries associated with the various design tools are kept up to date.
• Propose improvements to the development and business processes within your scope.
• Maintain documentation related to these activities and contribute to the training of other team members to consolidate knowledge and feedback.
• Provide design support to other Socomec entities (Italy, Canada, Tunisia, etc.).

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) with at least 6 years of experience in electrical/electronic design, or Master's degree (Bac +5) in electronics with at least 4 years of experience in a design office.
• Advanced proficiency in EPLAN P8 and ideally EPLAN Harness.
• English and French proficiency at B2 level or higher.
