Responsibilities
Short description of the department:
- Battery, Mining and Industries ("BMI") provides financing and advisory solutions to companies in the mining, critical minerals and industrials space
- Sponsor clients range from single-asset junior developers, to private equity funds and larger corporates with diversified portfolios and global activities
- Team focuses on lending and advisory, project finance, equity private placements, M&A, structured finance, sustainability linked product
- Team has a regional focus on North America and Latin America and is part of a global team which has recently expanded its remit to cover new sectors linked and products linked to the industry sustainability developments (electromobility, decarbonization, recycling, etc.)
Responsibilities:• Provide support throughout credit processes
• Build and integrate financial models
• Participate in the development of marketing pitches and the preparation proposals
• Provide support throughout the documentation phase of transactions
• Interface with compliance in relation to conflict checks and GILT maintenance
• Complete on-boarding process related to new clients and address continued regulatory / compliance reporting
• Model profitability of individual transactions

- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
- A previous experience in Energy Transition would be appreciated
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)

- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in
USA is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last
18 months.
