What you will do :
You will be part of the CEO Office, a team working directly with the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenues, our bottomline or our organization. Typical projects may include (i) defining and implementing a new offering and pricing(ii) identifying and implementing levers to increase the share of customers on an annual plan (iii) coordinating the implementation of AI tools internally to increase team productivity(iv) driving changes in our organizational chart(v) rebuilding our knowledge base and learning management capabilities, etc.
You will be based in Paris and report to the Chief of Staff.
Your missions will be to :
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, acting both as a project owner and operator
- Conduct strategic analysis (research, benchmarks, modeling, business cases) to support decision-making
- Define project roadmaps, success KPIs, milestones and coordinate internal stakeholders
- Take direct responsibility for the project delivery: from identifying blockers to designing solutions and implementing some of them yourself
- Communicate progress and achievements to internal stakeholders
What we are looking for :
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, Ops, strategy roles in scale-ups…)
- Hands-on, comfortable designing the roadmap and delivering the work yourself
- Data-driven, with experience working on strategic topics
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
- Fluency in French and English
- Bonus: Good understanding of the SaaS business
