About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Growth Marketing intern to join our team in Paris. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for events, marketing, and project management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across France, Spain, Northern and Eastern Europe, and Africa. This role reports to Carla, our Marketing Automation Manager, and collaborates closely with our Sales and Product teams.

You will notably contribute to :

  • 60% Marketing Operations, Content & Growth Support:

Design & Visual Production

- LinkedIn Organic: Create visual designs and supporting copy for organic LinkedIn posts in alignment with brand guidelines.

- Visual Generation: Lead and support the creation of marketing visuals, including videos, podcasts, interviews, and other creative assets used across channels.

- Marketing Assets: Collaborate with internal teams to produce cohesive designs for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.

Content & Channel Management

- Website Management: Load, publish, and update new content on the website; perform weekly maintenance to identify and fix errors, broken links, and typos.

- Blog Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve blog visual templates to ensure brand consistency and strong visual storytelling.

- Email Campaign Support: Support the creation and execution of email campaign content, including copy alignment, formatting, and scheduling.

Community & Ecosystem Engagement : Associations & Partnerships > Manage weekly submissions, communications, and events with industry associations such as France Fintech.

Tracking, Reporting & Performance Support

- Marketing Tracking**:** Maintain and update lead tracking documentation.

- Reporting Support: Assist with weekly and monthly marketing reporting, ensuring data accuracy and clear insights for the team.

  • 40% Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client meetings, across multiple regions.

Coordination & Logistics: Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site setup.

On-Site Management: Help manage on-site event operations, including registration, attendee engagement, and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Event Analysis: Participate in post-event debriefs, gather feedback, and help analyze event performance to improve future events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align on event objectives, messaging, and execution.

Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials, social media content, and campaigns to boost event attendance and engagement.

Budget Management: Assist in budget tracking and cost management to ensure events are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality.


Preferred experience

  • Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business school with a specialization in Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in video editing and visual creation for marketing and brand content is a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
