Training
Each employee is trained according to their needs and on an ongoing basis. Managers as well as the HRBP team take time with each employee to discuss their desire for development and their expectations, at least twice a year, or when employees feel the need.
In 2024, all employees will benefit from training in non-violent communication.
All year round, SiPearl offers English, French, German and Spanish courses*, thanks to our partner 7Speaking.
On the technical side, all our R&D teams have access to the training platforms of our partners and suppliers of Hardware and Software development tools.
