ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Territory Manager UK/Nordics is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that combines strategic account management, ability to sell within the NHS Framework / Public Tenders and expertise in clinical support. Reporting to the Senior Director Product Life EMEA, this role ensures the effective deployment of Sim&Cure products and solutions while driving business growth in the assigned countries. 
The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with physicians, the pharmacy, biomedical teams and procurement specialists at the hospital, with medical device representatives as well as with Marketing and Training & Education internal teams to sell our products, enhance product installation and adoption, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to improved patient care.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
Strategic Business Planning and Commercial Management:

  • Develop and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in your geography, in order to grow territory revenue and customer portfolio

  • Manage end-to-end commercial relationships: write commercial proposals, drive contract negotiations, navigate within the public hospital / NHS purchasing process, respond to calls for tender, oversee invoicing, and ensure after-sales support to secure long-term partnerships

  • Build trust, challenge the status-quo among physicians to modernize their procedures and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers among hospitals and manufacturers

  • Monitor and report on commercial performance, customer success KPIs, and market trends.

Product Deployment & Technical Support:

  • Monitor the installation and configuration of Sim&Cure products in clinical environments with the support of our internal Application & Support Engineer ensuring systems are operational and meet clinical requirements
  • Act as the primary contact, guiding healthcare professionals through the technical aspects of the product to enable seamless integration into their workflows
  • Provide on-site and remote level 1 support to address technical issues during and after installation, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical procedures

Product adoption, Clinical Expertise & Training:

  • Analyze customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure seamless product adoption
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training & Education teams to deliver hands-on trainings, workshops, congresses, and other events to enhance customer proficiency

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED…
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales or clinical role, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Industry experience selling a medical device or capital equipment to public hospitals / NHS system is mandatory 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical and business planning skills as you own and plan for the commercial and clinical activities in your territory
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written) to conclude commercial partnerships, build long-term relationships and drive Sim&Cure’s products and solutions adoption among customers
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas and ways of doing business.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of medical devices or healthcare software solutions
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including software setup, network integration, and system diagnostics
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments, such as operating rooms or clinical trials, addressing real-time technical challenges.

  • Fluent in English
  • To be based ideally in UK
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
