What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

    • Strategic Partnership: Champion Signaturit's partnership strategy, focusing on identifying, recruiting, and actively engaging with partners. Your goal is to forge mutually beneficial solutions that not only enhance customer experiences with our platform but also drive mutual growth and success.
    • Partnership Management: Oversee all aspects of partner management, from initial engagement to ongoing relationship nurturing. Implement strategic actions to ensure the highest levels of partner satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Focused Expansion: Direct strategic initiatives to expand our network, prioritizing regions such as Spain, EMEA, and even LATAM. Your aim is to build strong, productive partnerships that facilitate entry into new markets and sectors.
    • Market Penetration: Identify and engage with key organizations that have the potential to significantly accelerate Signaturit's growth. Skillfully negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
    • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our partnerships. Employ data-driven strategies to resolve issues and optimize outcomes, ensuring both Signaturit and our partners achieve desired results.
    • Revenue Generation: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding partnership- related revenue targets. Drive growth through effective management of the deals sourced and serviced by our partners.
    • Marketing for Partner-Centric Campaigns: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to our partners. These campaigns should aim to maximize return on investment and enhance partner engagement with our platform.
    • Infrastructure Enhancement: Develop and continuously improve the infrastructure essential for supporting our partnership initiatives. This includes creating frameworks and processes that streamline partner engagement and collaboration.
    • Ensure that the partners are familiar with the group's commercial strategy
    • Guarantee that the partner has a thorough understanding of the entire Signaturit portfolio

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯

  • Deep background in various Saas B2B partnering models such as resell, systems integration, ISV, consulting, and technology.
  • Proven experience in building Partner ecosystems and a hands-on approach to Business Development.
  • Strong capability in building, coaching, and leading a team of partner professionals.
  • Native Spanish speaker and full professional fluency in English (French or German is a plus!)
