For our well established team working from Prague and Munich we are searching for a new member who will join us.

• Primary responsibility is the accounting for equity plans as well as support and advice to the local units with regard to the areas of responsibility
• This includes the independent administration of Siemens stock-based compensation and data quality (ICFR reporting) in the finance department, including accounting, reporting and controlling for all participating
• Siemens companies at corporate level
• In addition, you will ensure the correct accounting treatment of stock-based compensation for all Siemens subgroups and advise on this topic worldwide

Your qualifications - sound and adequate

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration with a focus on finance or management or a similar course of study
• During your relevant professional experience of at least 2 years, you were able to demonstrate expertise in finance, project management and consulting
• Ideally you have already gained experience in the M&A area
• Due to your previous activities in an international context you were able to gain intercultural competence
• A distinct ability to analyze, a result-oriented working method as well as distinctive communication skills and teamwork ability distinguish you
• Business-fluent English language skills in spoken and written are indispensable, knowledge of German is an advantage
• A secure handling of the MS Office applications is a matter of course for you
