The position

Job description

Siemens Foundational Technologies Development R&D Center is focused on development of key products of Siemens, including software development, hardware development, mechanical design, and testing for the next generation concept of Industry 4.0.

We would like to invite you to cooperate with us on the development of the state-of-the art e-mobility product. We work on the product that is used in modern electrical commercial vehicles (buses, heady duty truck etc.). All this in cooperation with experienced developers as part of international team.

Your task will be:

  • Cooperation on creation of the requirements management process (how the review process shall look like, statistics, templates, …)
  • Administration of the requirements management tool
  • Set-up of the testing process
  • Communication with different project roles (quality management, functional safety management, product management, SW development team)

What we will appreciate from you:

Experience with HW or SW development in automotive industry

  • Experience with a requirements management tool (Polarion, DOORS, …)
  • Experience with a ticketing system (Redmine, JIRA, …)
  • English language on communication level
  • As advantage - experience with functional safety (ISO26262)
  • As advantage - experience with ASPICE process
  • As advantage - experience with development of traction systems (convertors, electrical motors, …)
  • As advantage - experience with object oriented scripting and templating systems (Apache Velocity, …)
