We are the leading provider of digital end-to-end solutions and standardized service products in the industrial environment. As a trusted partner we master our customers’ digital transformation challenges through Consulting, Implementation, Optimization, and providing comprehensive services throughout the entire lifecycle, from the digital transformation to a reliable supply of spare parts and other service portfolios – with our services one can be sure of the best possible operation for our customer’s plant. Challenging and future-oriented In this position, you are responsible to design and develop the associated processes for existing and new service portfolios in close cooperation with the portfolio management You ensure that the services can be delivered by defining and providing the necessary processes and procedures in close collaboration with our Service Delivery departments You have the knowledge to drive and support the service processes and as well as associated IT tools. In your new role you drive Cross Segment standardization and optimization of Service Processes Based on market analyses you define and formulate the future direction of service processes for new digital services in context with new business models. Your qualifications and experience You have a university degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification For the challenges of industrial digitization, you have an understanding of industrial automation systems, as well as experience of the needs for service of our industrial customers  You have years of relevant experience in industrial services business as well as in depth knowledge of service delivery processes Practical experience in agile development methodology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you are familiar with the market and the portfolio of Factory Automation Services In order to find your way in your international environment, you communicate confidently in spoken and written English, German knowledge would be of advantage We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
