The position

Job description

Mission
Leading the local Electrification and Automation business and organization with full profit & loss responsibility.
About the role - responsibilities and duties

  • Steer the operational day-to-day business.
  • Active front end sales at C-Level, key customer relationship management.
  • Supervise the execution performance of large projects.
  • Execution of the business units country strategy developed together with the Lead Country.
  • Coaching, guiding, and development of employees to ensure that the business unit achieves. its business objectives and complies with all relevant national regulations and laws.
  • Leading a culture of compliance.

Your profile

  • Sales experience in power utilities market.
  • Leadership experience with leading teams and organizations.
  • Proven technical experience in MV power supply or energy automation systems.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or similar.
  • Excellent Czech and English skills - both spoken and written.
  • Open minded personality with team leadership skills.
  • Highest level of ethics and personal responsibility.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
