Reporting to the Global VP Legal in France, the role of our Senior Legal Counsel is to advise and support our global organization on general legal matters, with sound business understanding and hands-on capacity. The role is located in Paris.
Your impact at Brevo:
Provide of practical legal advice and risk assessments to senior managementDraft, review and negotiate agreements (SaaS agreements, service agreements, DPAs, NDAs etc.)Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks domestically and abroad (GDPR, AI Act, CCPA, anti-bribery regulations etc.)Monitor, analyze and support on regulatory and legal developments related to our activitiesContribute to due diligence process (M&A)Create and improve internal processesManagement and follow up of litigation and pre-litigationWho you are:
