Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support Sales team in calls with prospective customers with demos and requirement gathering
• Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) after thorough analysis of the prospect’s requirements and definition of success criteria
• Ensure successful PoCs and help customers move into production
• Write or adapt migration scripts for data migration as part of the customer onboarding process
• Report and troubleshoot technical issues
• Share feedback requirements for new features to R&D (technical specifications)
• Act as bridge between customers and R&D to ensure that delivered features address customer needs

• Quick learner
• Native/fully proficient in English (C1+ level)
• At least one more language between French, German, Spanish or Chinese spoken / written fluently (C2+ level)
• 2+ years of experience in backend development (PHP, Python, bash scripting)
• 1+ year of experience as pre-sales engineer / solutions engineer in a SaaS company, ideally B2B
• Networking skills: load balancing, distributed computing, security, object storage
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Passion for Cloud and SaaS products
• Comfortable with high-end exposure to C-level executives, ability to build strong trusted relationships
• Bachelor in Science degree is a nice-to-have, and a sense of humor is an absolute must

After a first intro call with the 2 founders Julian and Emil, you will go through an assessment day where you will go through various case studies and work with our remote team. We want to mainly assess 3 things: skills/experience, personality and culture fit. For the first intro call, you will be asked to pitch Cloudimage and/or Filerobot to the founders.
