Main responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Omnichannel Digital Marketing Suite
  • Product Launch: Lead the launch of the suite, ensuring timely and effective deployment
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales, to align product development with company goals and market needs
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand HCP and patient needs, and incorporate insights into product features
  • Product Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve the product based on feedback and technological advancements
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all product features and marketing efforts comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members

ABOUT YOU

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in launching and managing digital products
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including HCP and patient communication channels
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Expertise in digital marketing and omnichannel strategies
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
