Salim is a general practitioner and holder of a specialized master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry Management. During his medical studies, he held several roles in associations, which helped him realize the importance of strategy, planning and innovation in the health sector.

As president of Morocco’s largest association of medical students, he contributed to multiple international projects. They involved numerous countries’ health ministries as well as WHO, which led him to travel the world (25 countries).

As a Medical Advisor at Sandoz, Salim now has the opportunity to work in an innovative, engaged and dynamic environment within the pharmaceutical industry. If he is not in the office, you will probably find him playing beach volleyball or preparing his board for his next surfing trip.

Morgan holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and is also a pharmacist.

Beginning his career within various pharmaceutical companies’ marketing teams, he went on to work in direct contact with healthcare professionals in the field. Eager to grow in a dynamic and meaningful environment, he joined the Sandoz teams in 2019.

Building on his previous experience, Morgan is now a Territory Manager involved in promoting the correct use of Sandoz products and also in developing marketing campaigns.

Exercise is part of his life. Whenever possible, he likes to push himself: golf, jogging, trail running and cycling are among his hobbies.

After graduating from Paris Descartes University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Léa continued her studies in Pharmacology, leading to a master’s degree in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance. Beginning her career at Sandoz part time, she then had the opportunity to grow within the company. She moved from Clinical Project Manager to Real World Evidence Project Manager with a broader remit, overseeing not only clinical trials but also externally sponsored research and early-access studies.

That rapid growth and variety is consistent with her busy personal life!

Léa likes dancing, particularly modern and African dance as well as Zumba, which she has practised for over fifteen years. She is also interested in nutrition and culture (museums, theatres, exhibitions, etc.).

Who would have thought that history studies would take him across France and the globe in sectors such as packaging, agri-food and now pharmaceuticals?

After several years in industry (in factories, research centres or head office roles in France and China), Lionel joined the Bel Group in 2015 as CPO France, then Sandoz in 2020 as People & Organization Head.

With his passion for employee engagement and talent development, he has been able to harness the extraordinary range of ideas within the Novartis Group to help develop Sandoz’s internal culture.

If you look for him on weekends, you might find him on a tennis court or on a mountain bike in forests across the Paris region.

Katia’s journey reflects her love of challenges and eagerness to learn. Following studies in strategic marketing, she began her career in 2009. After holding several business development positions in another industry, she joined the health sector via a French pharmaceutical company in 2014.

Building on her previous experiences, she joined Sandoz in 2016. Within retail operations, she found a role that matches her ambition: bringing patients greater access to medicines.

In 2018, she moved into a managerial position: KAM Director. The last three years have enabled her to structure the Key Account Management team and blossom in her role. Very soon she will begin a new adventure by joining the Sandoz Hospital/Bio business unit as Oncology Marketing Manager, an example of the varied career paths offered by Sandoz.

Outside work, Katia also likes challenges, which she tackles through high-level sport. As a foodie, she enjoys get-togethers at good restaurants. Katia likes to showcase the values of cooperation, trust, respect and enjoyment, which she finds within Sandoz and which are, for her, the basis of performance with fulfilment.
