Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to support our aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to aerospace aftermarket processes in compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations, while working closely with purchasing, logistics, and repair teams to ensure efficient material flow and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and monitoring of parts, tooling, and materials required for MRO activities in accordance with Part 145.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments of aircraft parts, ensuring full traceability and correct documentation.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and repair teams to ensure timely material supply and minimize aircraft downtime.
• Support inventory and storeroom management activities including receiving, issuing, and stocktaking, ensuring compliance with traceability and safety requirements.
• Contribute to supplier performance analysis (OTD, quality, etc.) and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving related to shortages, delays, or material discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and MRO management systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, particularly FAA Part 145 requirements.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Interest or prior experience in the aviation or maintenance/repair industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRO systems is an advantage.
• Strong command of English; other languages are a plus.
