Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754, and relevant international standards.
• Report on project quality status and promptly escalate quality issues and deviations when necessary to Safran Electronics & defense quality engineering manager.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams contributing to software, complex electronics, and equipment development.
• Support Engineering managers in implementing engineering processes and standards
• Lead compliance demonstration with authorities and customers.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective teamwork and collaboration.
Candidate Profile:
• Education: Relevant degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years in Quality Engineering, with proven experience in DO-178C and/or DO-254, and/or ARP4754 or other standard safety based. Knowledge of APQP will be appreciated
• Appreciated experience with engineering Tools :
o Configuration management tools (Ex : GIT/JIRA, SYNERGY….),
o Requirement management tools (Ex : DOORS, REQTIFY….),
o Design tools (Ex : ZUKEN,SCADE,…),
o Coding tools (Ex : ECLIPSE, RULESET, …..
o Testing and simulation tools (Ex : RTRT, QUESTASIM,….)

Skills:
o Technical: strong background in software, complex electronics or equipment engineering. Strong knowledge in configuration management.
o Quality: Strong knowledge on quality tools and practices (inspection, review, audit, causal analysis)
o Interpersonal: Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills. Willing to share knowledge and train others.
o Managerial: Ability to lead compliance demonstrations and interact with authorities and customers effectively.
