Responsibilities and Duties

The training incharge will be responsible for :

• Training needs identification and training plan development
• Coordination with managers and customization of training plans
• Execution of training plans with class room and practical trainings
• Training evaluation / effectiveness evaluation through assignments / on the job evaluation
• Coordinate/ Develop / manage internal trainers
• Collaborate with external trainers / vendors / institutes as appropriate
• Manage / maintain training metrics and records

Skills and Qualifications
Education:
• Diploma / Graduate
Experience:
• Min 8 years experience in training execution in electronics manufacturing environment.

Skills:
• Electronics manufacturing processes and tool knowledge
• MS office skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
