-Collaborate with various engineering teams to gather, agree and consolidate internal and external stakeholder's needs.
-Consider various scenarios in line with Design-to-Value principle and prepare scorecard in support of the decision making process
-Requirements Capture and Compliance using DOORS.
-Ensure that projects objectives are achieved within the time and budget
-Capitalize and develop relevant system integration procedures and best practices into SAEP R&D Knowledge Management System in preparation for future projects

To achieve this, our Research & Development department is already investing in the technologies for the next generation of civil engines. To meet our commitments, the Engine Dynamics Team at Safran Aircraft Engines Poland R&D Center, is seeking a System Design Integrator.

The role will be to capture and provide compliance for a next generation project requirements.

Qualifications we are seeking:
-+3 years of systems engineering experience.
-Understanding of systems integration, management, compliance demonstration and related challenges. If with Aero-Engines considered a plus.
-Experience with managing cross-discipline engineering projects and requirements.
-Master degree in engineering.
-Language: English, B2
-Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do' attitude and decision-making skills.
-The ability to consolidate and convey complex technical ideas and information clearly and logically on a wide range of topics.
-The ability to make balanced decisions that consider both technical and business aspects.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
-Experience with DOORS requirements management considered a plus.
