1) Responsible for quality control management of product/material/process/equipment certifications, including organizing the review and submission of DVI, Form 9, PPX, and concession materials, risk assessment, progress monitoring, and validity management; exercising quality gate approval functions within the scope authorized by clients or the company. 负责产品/材料/工艺/设备认证的质量控制管理，组织DVI,Form9，PPX，concession材料审查与提交，风险评估，进度监控，有效期管理等，在客户或公司授权范围内行使质量门批准职能。
2) Participate in quality system-related audits and process optimization. 参与质量体系相关审核、流程优化
3) Responsible for developing and optimizing visual inspection standards (IT/ITP) based on company or client standards, training relevant personnel, and maintaining the effectiveness of visual inspection standard implementation. 负责根据公司或客户标准，制定与优化目视检验标准（IT/ITP），并对相关人员进行培训，维护目视检验标准执行有效性。
4) Handle process/product deviations from DA; apply quality tools to analyze and handle product and raw material quality issues. 对过程/产品偏离DA进行处理，应用质量工具对产品、原材料质量问题分析与处理。
5) Collaborate with relevant departments to improve the company's industrial production maturity, promote process improvement, and enhance product quality. 协同相关部门提升公司工业化生产成熟度，推动过程改善，提高产品质量。
6) Communicate and coordinate with headquarters colleagues on key quality management decisions and processes to ensure compliance with client requirements.与总部同事沟通协调质量管理关键决策和流程，确保符合客户要求。
7) Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and applying external standard and specification documents; preparing, reviewing, and monitoring internal documents.负责外部标准规范文件的评审分析，转化应用；内部文件的编制、审核和监控。
3. Quality daily operation 质量部日常运行
1) Responsible for handling customer complaints, organizing cross-functional team members to develop containment measures, improvement measures, and prevention mechanisms. 负责客户投诉处理，组织跨功能团队成员制定围堵措施，改进措施以及预防机制。
2) Responsible for the overall management of the status and quantity of parts in the isolation area, and regular cleaning. 负责总体管理隔离间零件状态，数量，定期清理。
3) Responsible for monitoring the shipping process, ensuring that shipping documents meet customer requirements and that products are delivered on time. 负责发货流程监控，确保发货文件符合客户要求，产品出厂及时交付
4) Responsible for quality data management, using PBI to generate relevant reports.负责质量数据管理, 应用PBI制作相关报表

1.Educational background in engineering fields such as materials science, mechanical engineering, or chemistry. 具备材料/机械/化学等工科专业教育背景
2.Familiarity with management systems, understanding of common materials and testing standards in the aerospace industry, and comprehension of customer and company technical and quality standards. 熟悉管理体系，了解航空业通用的材料和检测标准，理解客户及公司的技术和质量标准
3.Technical leadership and management skills; ability to organize and complete complex certification projects and handle quality incidents, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. · 具备技术领导与管理能力，能够组织并完成复杂的认证项目和质量事件处理，确保按时、按质交付
