Job Requirements:
• Must & should have experience on full Life Cycle of NON - IT Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Campus Hiring, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit profiles on time
• Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge along with Application Tracking System
• Should generate and maintain MIS reports.
